• ● After your booking has been confirmed, cancellations, seat changes, or payment method changes will not be accepted.
• ● We will not refund your money, except in the event of the performance cancellation.

• ● The online ticket system will be stopped from 3:00 AM to 4:00 AM(JST) daily for scheduled maintenance.
• ● Discounts(Disability/Senior) and wheelchair accessible seats are only available through “TOKYO SYMPHONY Ticket Center”.
• ● Online bookings are subject to fees.
• ● If payment is not confirmed by the due date, your booking will be cancelled.
• ● Ticket will not be reissued due to any kind of lost.
• ● Resale of ticket for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• ● Preschool children can’t enter (except the special program for infant).

What is “Pre-sale for Online Members”?

Through “TOKYO SYMPHONY Online Ticket”, you can select seats and book tickets before the “Sale to general public” begins.
The “Select 4” and “Single Ticket” are eligible for the pre-sale (Some concerts not included).

Registration Flow　

1. ＜STEP1＞ Click the “Sign Up” button on the top page and please agree to the Terms of Service. Proceed to the customer information entry page.

2. ＜STEP2＞ Enter the customer information and proceed to the confirmation page. About entering [Membership Information] ■General customers Please select “I am not a TSO member”. ■TSO members (subscribers, supporters, and TOKYO SYMPHONY VISA card members) Please select “I am a TSO member” and enter your TSO membership number. Pre-sales and member discounts are eligible.

   • * Please enter the name registered with TOKYO SYMPHONY Ticket Center.
   • * Your address, contact information, etc. will be overwritten and registered with the information you entered.
   
   

   If the information is correct, click the “Submit” button.

3. ＜STEP3＞ After registration, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the temporary registration for [TOKYO SYMPHONY Online Ticket].
   Please access the URL in the e-mail to complete the registration.

   • * The registration URL is valid for 24 hours from the temporary registration.
     It will be invalid after that, so please complete the final registration within 24 hours.
   • * The domain of the e-mail address sent from TOKYO SYMPHONY Ticket Center is “tokyosymphony.com.”
     If you have set up domain-specific e-mail reception, please add the domain to the safe list to receive e-mails.

About Registration You need to register for “TOKYO SYMPHONY Online Ticket” to book tickets. No fee is required to use the service including registration fee, membership fee or annual fee.

  Log in Click the “Login” button. In the login screen, enter your e-mail address and password you registered.
  ※You have to register in advance before you book tickets for the first time on this site.
  If you are a TSO Member, please enter your TSO membership number during registration.

  Select a Performance Click the “Event List” button to go to the event list screen.
  When you select a performance, details will be displayed. Click the “Check Available Seats” button to start your order.

  Select the Seat Select the seat you want to reserve from the Select seat screen.
  Confirm the seat details displayed on the screen, and then click the “OK” button.

• 

  Confirm Shopping Cart Contents Confirm the seat you have selected, and click the “Next” button. ※For TSO members, the member discount will be applied automatically.

  Enter Order Information Select the payment and receiving method, and click “Next”.

• 

  Confirm Order Information Check the information including the order details, payment method, and click the “Order” button.
  A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
  If you have not made the payment on the application screen, please complete the payment via the URL in the e-mail.

• ・After your credit card payment has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation e-mail.

• ・You can pick up your ticket at the “Will Call” counter from 1 hour before the concert begins.
• ※Some concerts are not included.
