[B]Please consider donating by using the convenience store or post office payment method.

2.Please complete the application form and return it to TSO Kawasaki Office.

3.Upon receipt of your application, we will send you an invoice for the suporters fees, which you can pay at your convenience.
[C] Please make your donation by bank transfer.
Please transfer the funds to the following account: Once the funds have been transferred, please send us an email (supporters@tokyosymphony.com) with your name, address and the amount of your donation so that we can process your donation. This information is required in order to confirm the transfer and issue a certificate of receipt for your donation.
