The Agency for Cultural Affairs’ Project to Support Children’s Performing Arts Appreciation Experiences at Theaters, Concert Halls, etc. aims to cultivate children’s rich humanity by supporting efforts that provide opportunities for children to appreciate and experience authentic live arts performances at theaters, concert halls, etc., and to contribute to the development of future cultural arts leaders and audiences.

Eligibility: Up to two people under 18 years old on the day of the performance (preschool children not accepted)

Recruitment method: Lottery
First application period: June 5th (Wed) 11:00 to June 26th (Wed) 18:00
Second application period: July 10th (Wed) 11:00 to July 31st (Wed) 18:00*

◆Notes
・Please apply only once per person per performance. You can apply for up to two children (two seats) and one accompanying parent/guardian (one seat) at the same time (multiple applications with the same email address will be invalid).
・Please be considerate of others around you when watching a performance. If it is difficult for your child to watch the performance alone, please consider purchasing a ticket for a guardian who will accompany your child.
・You cannot choose your seat. Even if you apply for multiple seats, your seats may be separated.
– On the day of the performance, please bring something that can prove your name and age (student ID, health insurance card, etc.).
・This ticket cannot be cancelled or transferred. No one other than the person registered at the time of application can enter the venue
・We cannot accept cancellations or changes to the application for accompanying guardians after it has been submitted. Please note that we will still charge the ticket price even if you are unable to attend on the day. “Guardians” includes not only parents, but also adult siblings, grandparents, and other relatives.
*If there are any errors in the information you entered when applying, the Tokyo Symphony Ticket Center will contact you. Please note that if we are unable to contact you, we may not be able to reserve a seat for you.
*If you apply after the capacity has been reached, the Tokyo Symphony Ticket Center will contact you to inform you that we are unable to provide you with a seat (12/13 performance). .
*This application form uses Google Forms. After completing the application, the results will be sent to the email address you entered. Please make sure that you have set up your email to receive emails from “@google.com” before applying.
*After the performance, you may be sent a questionnaire by the Agency for Cultural Affairs (Support Project for Children’s Performing Arts Appreciation Experiences at Theaters, Concert Halls, etc.), so please cooperate.
